real party: pink+ gumballs party

November 30, 2010

What little girl wouldn’t love this perfectly pink party full of gumballs?  So sweet and lots of lovely, easy-to-do details.  Thanks to Julia Vandenoever for sending this party in of her daughter’s 4th birthday party.

Julia started out with the idea of pink gumballs and an accidental order of 1,000 gumballs later … she came up with this super cute party!

Julia is a photographer and we love this sweet and simple photo invitation and the great ‘photo garland’ she put together using photos of her daughter at various ages (so sweet and such a great idea!).

How fun is the gumball cake and the pink balloons were fun pops of pink!

Sweet (letterpress, no less!) coasters Julia had made by Bird Dog Press.

We ADORE this chalkboard garland.  Such an easy but great idea!

And finally, sweet buttons for each of the guests.

Thanks, Julia, for sharing your daughter’s party.  For additional details and resources, see Julia’s blog.
